The only way your email marketing campaign will succeed is through careful planning. People who succeed in email marketing is not by simply emailing information to all it's subscribers or prospects. It Won't Work!

Sending the right message to the right person at the right time is still the goal.

But, how are you going to do that?

This is when and where a good planning is required.

Let me once again recall the most powerful and yet efficient steps:

1. Develop a strategy. What is the purpose of your campaign?

2. Define your objectives. What are you trying to accomplish?

3. Create the plan. How are you going to achieve your goals?

4. Target your message. Whom are you going after?

5. Create the offer. What do you want to tell them?

6. Determine frequency. How often are you going to communicate?

7. Test your assumptions. How does the response change if you tweak a few things?

8. Measure the results. How well did you do?

The above are some of the steps to guide you to email marketing succeed.

Now, bare in mind a well planning is always the key to a success business.

Web designer - To design or create webpage that fullfil email marketing requirement. E.g. Website form to capture prospects data and email message layout.

Graphic designer - To design attractive graphic, banner or logo for putting it into email message.

Copywriter - A proper content write up will bring your message to life. And only this you will able to convey your message to your prospects.

Email marketer - Create marketing plans and strategies

Project Manager - To monitor every on going task and make sure nothing goes wrong.
